We will introduce you to Situational Awareness, environmental analysis, travel safety, personal security best-practices as well as introduce you to methodologies used by criminal elements to victimize you and what you can do to protect yourself.
You will also be introduced to self-rescue from restraints, home security concepts, hands-on defence methods, using your environment to aid in your self-protection and includes Stop The Bleed training.
